Assembly House is an elevated, full-service restaurant and wine bar in Sunnyvale, TX, bringing together chef-driven American grill cuisine, an extensive wine list, craft cocktails, and a thoughtfully curated bourbon selection. Our mid-century modern design blends clean lines with warmth and comfort, creating an environment that feels both refined and approachable. Our diverse menu is designed to meet any occasion, featuring light bites such as handhelds and pizza pies, alongside elevated entrées including steaks and chef-driven specials. Whether you’re enjoying a casual family dinner, a date night, or celebrating with friends, Assembly House delivers an experience that feels special without ever feeling formal.

Adjacent to the restaurant is Assembly House Wine Co., a retail wine shop open to everyone, offering a curated selection of bottles to explore and enjoy at home. We also offer Assembly House Wine Club memberships, which provide exclusive perks and benefits across all of our restaurant locations, including wine dinners with winemakers, private happy hours, access to select bottles, and branded swag. Our partner and guiding our wine program and experiences is DLynn Proctor. DLynn has been a figure in the wine industry for 25 years. During his early career he was an influential Sommelier known for building restaurant lists and training programs. He has spent the last 15 years in global leadership roles with Fantesca Estate & Winery and Penfolds, focusing on import/export, sales, marketing, strategy, and consumer relations. He is a partner in Gabriel-Glas North America and the Co-Founder of non-profit Wine Unify; and was an Associate Producer on, and appeared in, Netflix’s feature film, “Uncorked.” He can currently be seen in Kevin Hart’s “Hart to Heart” series on PeacockTV. Our atmosphere is complemented by a carefully curated playlist featuring hits from the last four decades, with a strong lean into modern country rock—familiar, upbeat, and welcoming.
